من نحن

Booking Cloud منصة تقدّمها شركة مايند كلاود ترايب المحدودة شخص واحد (Mind Cloud)، سجل تجاري رقم 1010943387، الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. تساعد المنصة المنشآت (مثل العيادات والصالونات) على استقبال حجوزات عملائها عبر واتساب وإدارتها من لوحة تحكم واحدة.

البيانات التي نجمعها

  • بيانات حساب المنشأة: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الجوال، بيانات المنشأة وخدماتها وأوقات عملها.
  • بيانات عملاء المنشأة: الاسم ورقم الجوال كما يظهران في واتساب، ومحتوى الرسائل المتبادلة مع رقم المنشأة، وتفاصيل الحجوزات (الخدمة، التاريخ، الوقت، الحالة).
  • بيانات الربط مع Meta (واتساب): معرّف حساب واتساب للأعمال، ومعرّف رقم الهاتف، ورمز الوصول الذي تمنحه المنشأة لتطبيقنا عبر نافذة Meta.
  • بيانات الربط مع Google (اختياري): البريد الإلكتروني لحساب Google، ورمز وصول لإضافة المواعيد إلى تقويم المنشأة وكتابة الحجوزات والعملاء في جدول Google Sheets الذي تحدده المنشأة.

كيف نستخدم البيانات

  • تشغيل بوت الحجز على رقم واتساب المنشأة والرد على عملائها.
  • عرض المحادثات والحجوزات للمنشأة في لوحة التحكم، وإرسال تنبيهات الحجوزات الجديدة وتذكيرات المواعيد.
  • مزامنة الحجوزات مع تقويم Google وجدول Google Sheets للمنشأة إذا فعّلت ذلك.
  • إدارة الاشتراكات والدعم الفني وتحسين الخدمة.

لا نبيع البيانات، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات، ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف إلا بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة.

مشاركة البيانات

نستخدم مزوّدي خدمات لتشغيل المنصة، ويعالجون البيانات نيابةً عنا فقط:

  • Meta Platforms (واتساب للأعمال) لإرسال واستقبال الرسائل.
  • Google للتقويم والجداول، فقط للمنشآت التي تربط حسابها.
  • مزوّدي الاستضافة وقواعد البيانات وأتمتة سير العمل.

بيانات Google

استخدام Booking Cloud للبيانات المستلمة من واجهات Google ونقلها لأي تطبيق آخر يلتزم بـسياسة بيانات مستخدمي خدمات Google APIبما فيها متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود. نستخدم صلاحية التقويم لإضافة وحذف مواعيد الحجز فقط، وصلاحية Sheets للكتابة في الجدول الذي تربطه المنشأة فقط، ولا نقرأ أي ملفات أخرى.

حفظ البيانات وحمايتها

تُحفظ البيانات في قواعد بيانات مشفّرة مع صلاحيات تمنع أي منشأة من الوصول لبيانات منشأة أخرى، وتُحفظ رموز الوصول في منطقة محمية لا تظهر في الواجهة. نحتفظ بالبيانات طوال مدة اشتراك المنشأة، ونحذفها خلال 30 يوماً من طلب الحذف أو إنهاء الاشتراك، ما لم يُلزمنا نظام بغير ذلك.

حقوقك وحذف البيانات

يحق للمنشأة ولعملائها طلب الاطلاع على بياناتهم أو تصحيحها أو حذفها. يمكن للمنشأة فك ربط واتساب أو Google في أي وقت من الإعدادات. لطلب حذف البيانات راسلنا على mindcloud.sa@gmail.com وسننفّذ الطلب خلال 30 يوماً.

Who we are

Booking Cloud is provided by Mind Cloud Tribe LLC (single-person) ("Mind Cloud"), CR 1010943387, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It lets businesses (e.g. clinics and salons) receive customer bookings over WhatsApp and manage them from one dashboard.

Data we collect

  • Business account data: name, email, phone, business details, services and working hours.
  • End-customer data: WhatsApp profile name and phone number, messages exchanged with the business number, and booking details.
  • Meta / WhatsApp connection data: WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID and the access token the business grants our app through Meta's Embedded Signup.
  • Google connection data (optional): Google account email and an access token used only to add bookings to the business's calendar and write bookings and customers to the Google Sheet the business selects.

How we use data

To run the booking bot on the business's WhatsApp number, show conversations and bookings in the dashboard, send booking alerts and appointment reminders, sync bookings to the business's Google Calendar and Sheets when enabled, and to manage subscriptions and support. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Google user data

Booking Cloud's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Calendar access is used only to create and delete booking events; Sheets access is used only to write to the sheet the business connects. We do not read any other files.

Sharing, storage and retention

Data is processed by our service providers (Meta, Google, hosting, database and workflow-automation providers) only to deliver the service. Data is stored in encrypted databases with per-business access isolation; access tokens are kept in a protected store never exposed to the interface. We keep data for the duration of the subscription and delete it within 30 days of a deletion request or cancellation, unless the law requires otherwise.

Your rights and data deletion

Businesses and their customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data. Businesses can disconnect WhatsApp or Google at any time from Settings. To request deletion, email mindcloud.sa@gmail.com; we will complete it within 30 days.
